Zentel® em dose única diária demonstrou eficácia do tratamento em 100% na ascaridíase e na enterobíase, 92% na ancilostomíase, 90% na tricuríase e 97% no tratamento da giardíase em crianças. No tratamento do Necator americanus a erradicação foi de 75%. A dose única diária utilizada por três dias consecutivos teve eficácia de 86% no tratamento da teníase e de 62% na estrongiloidíase.
